RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

  • Returned item(s) must be in its original condition (unused and unopened) with no scratch, damage or breakage of any kind.
  • Pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to us within 3 days from the date your return request was approved.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it is subject to few circumstances as below. (i & ii)
  • Resend shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it is subject to few circumstances as below. (i & ii)
  • Please note that the returned item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a courier service with a tracking number for your own protection.

 

(i) Defective Item(s)

Defective item may returnable within 7 days of receiving them for the first day.

The definitions of defects are as follows:
  1. Product was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
  2. Product was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
  3. Product was expired in SEALED bottle

If you received the defects item as above, kindly provide the supporting details :-

  1. Order number
  2. Image of the defect item (No replacement or refund without image)
We will send a brand new exact lenses to you if item is in stock. If item is out of stock a refund will be issued to you.

Please take note returned defects item will be inspected thoroughly. Item has any sign of used cannot be refundable.

 

Item NOT Consider Defects

  • Color variation from product photos
  • Slight design variation from product photos (e.g. print patterns)
  • Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product
  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (water content of the lenses, etc)

 

(ii) Incorrect Item Received

We apologize for the incorrect item you have received. Incorrect item is exchangeable within 7 days of receiving them for the first day.

Kindly provide us the supporting details :-

  1. Order number
  2. Image of the incorrect item (No replacement or refund without image)

 

We will not be held liable for lost of package if the package reached destination country or status was shown "Delivered". Customers must contact their local post office for claims or provide clear evidence (in writing) indicating lost of parcel.

 We will arrange for a replacement if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to you. The re-send shipping charges will be borne by Kazzue.
