SHIPPING POLICY

Q: What is the delivery lead time for my order?
A: An order takes 2 - 4 working days to process before dispatch. This is subject to stock availability and we will inform you within this time frame if any of your items are unavailable. Delivery lead time begin when the parcel leaves our warehouse after processing is completed. Lead time varies also depending on the delivery address of the buyers as well as couriers' working days. There may be some delay in shipping your parcel to your place due to promotion peak period. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders and availability issues. 

 

Q: Do you provide worldwide shipment?
A: Yes, we do provide worldwide shipment, EXCEPT for the countries as below due to restrictions :-

  1. Korea D.P.R(North Korea)
  2. North Sudan
  3. Israel
  4. Cuba
  5. Iran(Islamic Republic Of)
  6. Syria

 

Q: What are your delivery options and how much is the shipping rates?
A: Your shipping rates is depends on the delivery options that you choose. You can check the shipping rates when you checkout.

 

Q: Kazzue is responsible for the import taxes, duties, and customs fees?
A: No, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees. Possibility to be taxed is higher by choosing Express Shipping. 

 

Q: How long can I receive my parcel if my parcel held in country custom?
 A: Please be informed that whenever an import shipment arrives in the destination country, custom clearance is always required. This kind of inspection is depends on your country custom procedures. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates (another further delay for 5 working days or more). We are not responsible for these delay as we are out of control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD)

DHL users will receive orders with DHL Express whenever and wherever you like, you can choose from several convenient and flexible delivery options.

DHL users will receive proactive status via SMS or email with a link that will direct you to On Demand Delivery (ODD) and informs you about the expected delivery date. Choose when and where you want to delivery your parcel. 

Flexible delivery option to choose from:

  1. Schedule Your Delivery – Reschedule your delivery if you are not available
  2. Signature Release – Leave your shipment in a secure area within your premises as per your instructions.
  3. Leave With Neighbor – Deliver to your selected neighbor as per your instructions.
  4. Collect from Service Point – Self collection at DHL Service Point at your most convenient location.
  5. Alternate Address – Change your delivery address within the same country
  6. Vacation hold – Shipment hold in the nearest DHL service center up to maximum of 30 days.
