RETURN POLICY
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with no damage or scratches.
Returns must be shipped within 3 days after approval.
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless stated otherwise under special cases.
Items remain your responsibility until received. We recommend using tracked shipping.
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days if the item is defective upon arrival.
Accepted defects:
- Torn or broken lens in sealed packaging
- Abnormal lens shape in sealed packaging
- Expired product upon arrival
Required: Order number + clear photo of defect
Resolution: Replacement (if in stock) or refund (if out of stock)
Items showing signs of use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Not considered defects:
- Color variation from photos
- Minor design or pattern differences
- Customer handling damage
- Personal preference issues (comfort, water content, etc.)
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect item received.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as “Delivered” or successfully received in the destination country.
In such cases, please contact your local courier for assistance.
If confirmed lost and item is available, we will arrange a replacement. If out of stock, a refund will be issued.
