INSERT & REMOVAL OF LENS
How to Put In Contact Lenses
Step 1: Wash hands
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them with a clean, lint-free towel.
Step 2: Rinse the lens
Rinse the lens with fresh solution to remove any dust or debris.
Tip: Always start with the right eye first to avoid mixing lenses.
Step 3: Check lens position
Place the lens on your index finger and make sure it is not inside-out (it should form a smooth bowl shape).
Step 4: Hold your eyelids
Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid open.
Use your other hand to gently pull down your lower eyelid.
Step 5: Insert the lens
Look straight or slightly upward and gently place the lens onto your eye.
Step 6: Adjust
Slowly release your eyelids, close your eye gently, and blink a few times to center the lens.
Step 7: Check comfort
The lens should feel comfortable. If not:
- Remove it
- Check for dust or damage
- Rinse and try again or replace if needed
