Q: Do you provide Guest Checkout without register a new account in your website?
A: We do provide Guest Checkout in our website. Customer can save their time from registering a new account.

 

Q: Would you recommend new customers to register an account?
A: An account will be created automatically after you have checking out as a guest. You will receive an account ID and password by an email. You can track your delivery details for your order after account has been created.

 

Q: Do I need to let you know what is my prescription when I make purchase?
A: Yes, your prescription is required for ordering the contact lenses. You could select your prescription from the drop-down list (left prescription & right prescription). You could select non-prescription (eg. 0.00) if you are having perfect vision (20/20). 

 

Q: Is the price quoted for a pair or a piece of contact lens?
A: The price quoted for a pair. All circle lens and coloured lens are come with a pair (2 pieces). You will only need to select 1 quantity if you want to place a pair of lens.

  

ORDERING

Q: How long does it take to confirm my order? 
A: Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. 

 

Q: Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid?
A: Orders unable to amend as we process orders immediately when payment has been confirmed. Make sure your order is correct before make payment.

 

Q: Can I choose different prescription for a pair of lenses from your website?
A: Yes, you can choose different prescription for both eyes from the drop-down list.

 

Q: I could not find my prescription from your drop-down list?
A: If your preferred prescription is not showing in the list means that we do not have the prescription for the product. Some of our products only have non-prescription (0.00), please check on the product details to see whether your prescription is available.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, orders unable to cancel once the payment has been confirmed. Please review your items before completing your orders.

 

 Q: Can I exchange or return the promotion item(s)?
A: Promotion item cannot be exchanged or returned. Selected promotional discounts are not eligible for returns.
