COVID-19: DHL Service Alert Update
Dear Valued Customer,
Deutsche Post DHL delivery services has affected due to increasing spread of the COVID-19 in all countries.
For the following destinations, shipping of DHL Global Mail and DHL International Direct is currently not possible to send out the parcel due to routing/delivery restrictions in the respective destinations :-
- South Africa
- Sri Lanka
Other destination has no longer accept shipments due to the problem with transport, customs clearance and delivery :-
- New Zealand
For the customers from US and European countries are not affected, please expect delayed delivery timelines due to local movement restrictions and airline space availability.
